We put in our offer yesterday morning at 9am with $162K
They countered at noon with $170k and a trade of a riding lawn mower if we pay November's taxes
We countered at 2pm with $165k and no trade
They countered at 5pm with $170k
We countered again around noon today with $170k plus the lawn mower (no trade for taxes) and they pay our closing costs ($2k)
They countered at 2pm today with $170k plus the lawn mower.
We accepted! Tonight we sign the paperwork
