Canning Beans

I pressure canned pinto beans this morning! It takes a while, and all directions should be followed exactly, but it wasn't hard at all!!



And now I have 12 pints of pinto beans that cost about 12 cents each... not bad.



I wanted to start with something really cheap just in case it got messed up. But I could hear the vacuum seals popping closed, so I think these will be perfect.
