New School Room in Action!

Now imagine those black folding chairs are white IKEA chairs :)  Oh, and the lighting was better... these are way off, color wise.  Still we are loving the "new" room!

Pre-Easter

I did not get the kids matching Easter outfits this year, and I have to work.. Hopefully, it will be fun and meaningful anyway. We will read our Resurrection eggs book tomorrow, and the kids will go to church with friends.

Flu!!

Leah and Pete have the flu. They are beyond miserable!! I feel bad that I didn't get the girls flu shots (Elijah and I did), but I'm generally not on the vaccine band wagon.
Hannah hasn't gotten sick, but she has had a lot of headaches recently. I'm not sure if they are hormonal, weather related, or what.
I'm hopeful that Leah might get back to school on Thursday... I guess we'll see.

A busy week!

I started working a bit a few months ago, and this is one of those weeks that's a little bit crazy. Hannah started attending a Catholic school and is really enjoying it. The house is so quiet during the day that I don't mind working a couple of days a week.

New Juicer

I got a juicer for Christmas and I decided to try it out today. To be healthier I decided to make a mostly vegetable juice for my first go. I went to The Fresh Market and got organic produce: kale, beet, carrots, ginger, cucumber, and apple. It was okay, but I'm really a fruit juice kind of girl!!

Basketball and cheerleading

Elijah had his first basketball game yesterday and Hannah cheered at her first game as well. They are both Upwards teams and the kids are really enjoying it. Leah is old enough to cheer, but I wasn't convinced she'd actually do it. Maybe next year of she's interested.
